League automatically adjusts your mouse speed while in game. Say you had 6/11 windows speed but play on 40 sens in league of legends, league will drop your mouse speed to 5/11. When playing on a higher resolution you're really putting yourself at a disadvantage because of this fact. I've experienced both scenarios, and microing is so much easier/accurate with a bigger mouse cursor.
