FC5 - all missions feel like side missions that advance the story quite forcibly (this is what I strongly dislike about FC5) FC3&4 - main & side missions are clearly separated, you only advance the story by doing main missions. other than that, the gameplay is honestly top notch, one of the better single-player open world FPS out there. Gold edition is worth it since it comes with season pass and blood dragon, Ultimate edition is not since it just has a few extra skins, only buy it if youre a super fan. If you are not good on money right now, no, it isn't worth buying a game for 150$.

The season pass by itself is $40 so you’re not saving any money with the gold edition and on top of that the only thing included is the season pass so you might as well get standard for $60. i'd say yes GOLD is worth it for the VOY campaign alone it adds a good few hours of decent gameplay plus its fun to see the yeti's chuck rocks at you gold contains more then just the Hurk Deluxe pak as you also get the grind fest thats Escape from Durgesh as well as VOY

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply. I read the comments and ended up getting far cry 5. Played a few hours already and the story is really cool. Never played a Far Cry game before and glad I started now. I got the gold edition too cause it was cheaper than the standard one. I played a few hours and like it so far too, even the storey.
