I have a forerunner 55 and everything on the watch iteself is working fine (including the heart rate graph). I sync my watch to my app and it says sync successfull (verified from device sync audit also) and all my data like my runs are getting synced but my heart rate graph is not syncing for some reason .After the user is signed in, they will need to select the “Devices” tab at the bottom of the screen. From here, the user will need to select the “Add Device” option and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the device is connected, the user will be able to view their heart rate data in the app. To check your Training Zone Settings in Garmin Connect and make changes: Log into your Garmin Connect account. Go to the top right-hand corner and navigate "Device" icon > "Devices and Sync Status". Select your device and then "User Settings". Scroll down to Heart Rate Zones and select "% of LT" (for run and bike). I have Garmin 645 Music and Rest Heart Rate not working. For the last few weeks, I don't have any rest heart rate. It is just blank when I am sitting or sleeping. Heart Rate function works okay when I am running although I think something is wrong with the zones. I have tried resetting several times and Activity Tracking is turned on.
